We are a family-run stairlift business based in Painesville, serving the greater Cleveland area. We sell factory-direct, we give real estimates over the phone, and the person who answers your call is the same person who installs your lift. Here is what that means for you.
We keep our prices down by cutting overhead, not corners.
We are set up to be lean. We buy direct and we do not carry the cost of a showroom, a commissioned sales team, or a franchise fee. We are a home-based business that installs stairlifts and nothing else, so our overhead stays low and that savings gets passed to you. You are paying for the lift and a clean install, not for a storefront on a main road.
No. Estimates are free, and we can usually give you a solid ballpark right on the phone. Call us at 440-596-3070 and we will walk through it with you.
You should not have to book an appointment and wait around just to find out what a stairlift costs.
Yes, and this is one of the biggest things that sets us apart. Most national dealers require a mandatory in-home assessment before they will even quote you. We do not work that way. If you can tell us your stair type and take a quick look at the standard installation requirements, Jim can give you a ballpark right over the phone. It is the same idea as knowing the make and model of a car before you ask about price.
Curved stairs need a little more detail because each rail is custom. Text us a few photos of your staircase and we can give you a rough idea before anyone sets foot in your home. No pressure, no obligation.
No. We are a phone-first business by design. If a call is enough to get you the answer you need, that is the whole visit.
You are not getting passed between a call center, a salesperson, and a subcontractor.
Yes. Jim takes your call, measures your stairs, installs the lift, and is the one you call afterward if you ever need anything. We are not a franchise and we do not send out commissioned subcontractors. When you call, you get the owner.
We are. It is a father-and-son operation, James and Jim. We have been installing home-access products in Northeast Ohio since 2005 and stairlifts since 2017, and we set up the dedicated stairlift company in 2025. This is not a place where employees clock in and out. It is our family name on the work.
Good hardware, a straightforward warranty, and a lift that keeps working when the power does not.
Our straight lift is the Rave 2, which is the Harmar Pinnacle SL600 built in Sarasota, Florida. Our curved lift, the Infinity II, is built in the UK. These are proven units, not off-brand imports.
You get a two-year warranty on all components and a one-year warranty on the batteries. On top of that, we include one year of complimentary service to replace any component covered under those warranty terms.
Your lift keeps running. Our stairlifts are battery-powered, so a blackout does not leave anyone stranded on the stairs. The batteries recharge from a standard household outlet at the top or bottom of the stairs, so the lift is ready when you need it.
When we have them in stock, yes. A refurbished lift can be a substantial savings if you are watching your budget. Give us a call to ask what is available right now.
We are local, and we cover the east side of Cleveland and the surrounding counties.
